Returns and Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Artworks

We strongly advise that you check your order thoroughly at the time of delivery. If the artwork delivered is faulty or damaged you must notify the carrier upon receipt and/or Inis Ink within twenty four hours of the delivery by email and phone. Artworks cannot be accepted for a refund unless we have been notified within twenty four hours of the delivery.

Please note, we will refund you on orders within twenty eight days of receipt of the faulty artworks.

Please note, where artworks have been deemed to have been delivered in a faulty or damaged condition Inis Ink will refund the cost of return shipment.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please give written notice by email with details of the artwork ordered, the delivery details, and the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
